Cadence Education in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team. Under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily operations, help deliver Cadence Education programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children including those with IEPs.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with children and families, maintaining routines, and ensuring licensing compliance while contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using approved tools.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
