Cadence Education in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team of childcare professionals. You’ll create a nurturing classroom, deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, and communicate daily milestones to families. This role requires at least 6 months of experience in childcare or early childhood education and offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in preschool education or licensed daycare.
• Preferred: CDA or college degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inviting space where kids feel safe to explore and learn.
• Deliver an age-appropriate curriculum with fellow teachers.
• Share daily milestones with parents to turn moments into memories.
• Guide play with toys, language, and activities while prioritizing safety.
• Model kindness and social skills to support child development.
• Plan a daily schedule balancing quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and motor skills.

Education
