You will implement curricula, foster a safe learning space, and collaborate with families to promote children’s growth. Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy classroom.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications if required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success by engaging in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
