Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support children's early education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.

You will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals while upholding licensing standards. Our teams are dedicated to helping kids reach their highest potential in a supportive, empowering work

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
