KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum to meet each child's needs and foster a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

You will collaborate with families and center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while upholding high standards of care. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a passion for helping young learners succeed.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners
