KinderCare Learning Companies in Katy, TX is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education in a caring, classroom setting. You will implement curriculum, create a safe and engaging space, and connect with families to promote learning and development.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support their children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
