KinderCare Learning Companies in Houston, TX is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.

You'll collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
