Qualifications

• Must have prior experience leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement curriculum and adapt activities.
• Strong communication with families and staff required.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
