KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team, directly supporting children’s education and development in our early care centers. You’ll implement curriculum, foster a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care for children.

You'll work with center staff to meet enrollment goals and uphold high standards across our accredited programs, while enjoying the supportive KinderCare community and resources designed to help you grow

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents and families to support child education.
• Collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
