Candidates should be prepared for state and company background checks and have at least a high school diploma; 1 year of teaching experience is preferred. The role emphasizes a safe classroom, family communication, and flexibility across centers.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.
