Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor/Master in ECE or equivalent credentials; or HS diploma with relevant experience and credits.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in daily operations of the university childcare center.
• Plan and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum.
• Develop childcare policies and ensure compliance with licensing and regulations.
• Contribute to monthly newsletters and family communications.
• Support meals, sanitation, and center activities for students and families.
