Job summary

Qualifications

• NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Two to three years' experience with toddlers/preschoolers in a classroom.
• One to two years supervising classroom staff are required.
• Strong organization, communication, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom sessions and provide educational support to staff.
• Develop lesson plans and implement engaging, play-based curriculum.
• Provide primary care and developmental assessments for children.
• Maintain documentation and track CACFP/attendance records.
• Attend professional development conferences as required.
