You will partner with families to support each child's development and lay a strong foundation for lifelong education.

You will implement engaging activities, observe progress, communicate with parents, follow health and safety guidelines, and participate in ongoing professional development with colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background screening.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Flexible schedule.
• Positive and reliable work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children.
• Observe and assess children's behavior and developmental progress, and communicate this information to parents and other staff members as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.
• Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
