Bright Horizons seeks a Teacher to create engaging activities for preschoolers in a Wilmington, DE area center. You will implement developmentally appropriate practices, deliver curriculum, and support families with daily milestones while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the classroom.

The role requires in-person work, state and company education standards, and a commitment to Bright Horizons’ policies and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children
• Ability to communicate with parents about daily milestones
• Compliance with state and company education and experience requirements
• CDA or related coursework required or pursued
• TECE 1 & 2 or CDA required

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
