Job summary

Bright Horizons in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a Teacher to provide supervision, care and curriculum delivery in a preschool setting. Full-time roles for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; must be able to work M-F 9am–6pm. Opportunity to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

Candidates must meet WI state teacher qualifications (EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler) or hold a CDA/AA/BA, with 1 year teaching experience preferred and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Must meet State of WI teacher qualifications (EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler) or have a CDA/AA/BA in ECE.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
