Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC in Wisconsin is hiring full-time teachers for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will create hands-on activities, communicate with families, and ensure a safe, clean classroom in a center-based program.

The role requires state and company background checks, a minimum HS education or GED, and Wisconsin teacher qualifications (EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler or CDA/AA/BA in ECE). In-person work in Milwaukee area, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Must meet State of WI teacher qualifications: EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler classes OR AA/BA in ECE or CDA.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP).

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
