New Horizon Academy in Dubuque, IA is seeking energetic, nurturing teachers to join our growing team. You will inspire and celebrate a love of learning in young children, with shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm. We offer wage ranges and access to WAGE$ and childcare assistance to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Demonstrates passion for working with young children.
• Has interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
