Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement daily lesson plans using the ELM curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Provide nurturing and responsive care to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development.
- Communicate professionally with families and staff.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership team to support classroom goals.
- Follow licensing regulations and classroom ratios at all times.
