Job Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement daily lesson plans using the ELM curriculum.
  2. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  3. Provide nurturing and responsive care to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
  4. Observe, assess, and document children's growth and development.
  5. Communicate professionally with families and staff.
  6. Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership team to support classroom goals.
  7. Follow licensing regulations and classroom ratios at all times.
