Bright Horizons in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Bright Horizons Teacher to join our Toddler / Early Preschool team. This full-time role supports daily learning with hands-on activities and close interaction with families.

Work hours are 9am-6pm, with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost and a strong commitment to safety and developmentally appropriate practice in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or a related degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and report suspected child abuse/neglect.
