Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks dedicated teachers to support early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing space where children can play and learn, while partnering with families to deliver outstanding care and education.

You will work with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and cultivate strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners across our nationwide

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
