KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support early childhood education across our centers in the United States. You will implement our curriculum, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to promote children's learning.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to interact with children safely and communicate with parents in English

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community partners
