KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers in Wisconsin. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe space for play and learning, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education for young children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
