KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support children's education and development across our nationwide centers. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with parents to provide the best care and learning outcomes.

You will also collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families and community partners.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to reach enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state authorities, and partners.
