KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to implement our curriculum with attention to the individual needs of each child. You will foster a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and learn while partnering closely with parents to deliver exceptional care and education.

Join our team to support center success, engaging with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners to ensure enrollment and quality standards are met across our nationwide network.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
