Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education at our Grimes, IA center. You will implement the classroom curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care and education for young children.

You will work with a passionate team, engage with the community, and contribute to center goals while ensuring a positive learning experience for every child.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Reading, writing, speaking English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.
