BrightPath Kids in Stow, OH is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support classrooms with teachers and families, following NAEYC guidelines. No evenings or weekends, full-time hours, paid training provided.

You will help keep children safe, engaged, and learning, decorate classrooms, communicate with parents, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment. High school diploma required; strong customer service and organizational skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate classrooms as needed to create an engaging environment.
• Maintain a warm, clean, and safe space for exploration and growth.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
