BrightPath Kids in Westlake, OH is hiring an Assistant Teacher for a full-time, on-site role. You will work alongside teachers and families to provide a home-like setting for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Decorate inside and outside classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that supports children’s growth.
• Engage with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
