Document student learning using Reggio Emilia-inspired practices, such as capturing observations through photos, anecdotal notes, and student work samples to make learning visible and reflect each child's developmental journey.
  4. Assessment & Communication Administer formative and summative assessments to monitor developmental progress. Use digital platforms (e.g., Seesaw, iSams, email) effectively for instruction, communication, and documentation. Communicate daily tasks and classroom goals to assistant teachers to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
