Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with young children (preferably in a childcare center).
• Ability to pass background checks including DCDEE screening and fingerprinting.
• Enthusiasm, dependability, and a heart for children.

• Support classroom activities that promote a child-centered, engaging learning environment.
• Work alongside dedicated educators to meet high standards of care and education.
