Early Childhood Substitute Teacher

We are looking for caring, flexible, and enthusiastic substitute teachers to join our early childhood community on our Jackson Campus. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with children ages 18 months–5 years while learning more about Reggio Emilia-inspired and nature-based education.

About the Role

Substitute teachers support our classroom teams as needed, building relationships with children and helping create a warm, safe, and engaging environment. Our program values curiosity, connection, creativity, and time spent outdoors, so substitute teachers have the opportunity to spend meaningful time outside with children through play, exploration, and learning.

The schedule is flexible and based on your availability, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for occasional or part-time work.
