Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Melvindale, MI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our early childhood team for the 2026-2027 school year. About the Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join an early childhood team in Melvindale, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging individual and small‑group therapy sessions using evidence‑based, developmentally appropriate intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support communication skills across classroom and school environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing clinical recommendations and progress updates
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Support students with articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, AAC, and other speech‑language needs
  • Foster a positive, nurturing therapy environment that encourages participation, confidence, and communication growth
  • Partner with school staff to ensure continuity of services and successful student outcomes
