In Ferguson-Florissant, we know that language is the foundation of every other academic skill. We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Childhood team. You aren't just a clinician; you are a "Language Architect" who ensures our 3-to-5-year-old scholars have the communicative tools they need to transition successfully into Kindergarten.

As part of the FFSD "New Chapter," you will work within our general education early childhood centers to provide screenings, early intervention, and enrichment. Role Summary

As an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist, you will lead the district’s efforts in identifying and supporting communication needs in our youngest learners. You will conduct screenings, provide targeted interventions, and collaborate with Pre‑K teachers to create "language-rich" classrooms. Your goal is to provide the early support that prevents future learning gaps, ensuring every child can express their needs, thoughts, and dreams clearly.
