The Coach is responsible for providing a safe, creative, and fun experience, delivering on-field instruction that sets LKSoccer.com apart.

If you have experience as a soccer coach, youth sports instructor, kids dance teacher, or are studying Early Childhood Education or Youth Ministry, or are a former camp counselor or youth leader, this job is perfect for you.
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Lil' Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 10 years old. We focus on helping children build physical, intellectual, and emotional skills through soccer, with over 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada, serving more than 1,000,000 participants over 20 years.
Using child development theories, our curriculum is child-centered, creative, and comprehensive. We reward effort over outcome to encourage children to try again and again, ensuring an engaging on-field experience that keeps children coming back.
