SUPER SOCCER STARS is the country's largest and most popular soccer development program for children aged 1-7! As a Soccer Stars coach, you'll play a vital role in positively impacting children in our community. Beyond teaching soccer skills, you'll nurture self-confidence, encourage growth, and create meaningful moments both on and off the field.

OUR HIRING PROCESS IS QUICK AND EASY!

1. We'll contact you to schedule a 20-25 minute interview via video or phone.
2. You'll visit our fields to observe classes, meet coaches, and participate in a session to ensure it's a good fit.
3. If selected, we'll complete your background check, and you'll be ready to start coaching within a few days!

Requirements

• You have a fun, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• You are comfortable in a childcare or preschool environment (Early Childhood Education units are a plus).
• You can lead or assist in classes for children aged 1-7+ years.
• You can adapt to different ages and abilities.
• If you love being around children and are confident in teaching games and skills in a fun, energetic way, this job could be for you!

The Position:

• Use individual attention to ensure every child's success.
• Maintain a non-competitive, fun, and stress-free class environment.
• Encourage children with positive reinforcement and celebrate their successes.
• Be open-minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement through training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

The Schedule:

Various shifts are available, scheduled according to your availability. Typical times include:

• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 12:30pm
