Children of America in Kansas seeks an Assistant School Director to help lead daily school operations, develop a talented team of educators, and create an exceptional experience for children and families at our Olathe campus.

You will work with the School Director to drive educational quality, staff development, enrollment growth, and compliance with licensing standards while advancing your leadership career within COA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field as required by regulations.
• Experience in licensed child care or early education setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, families, and leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily school operations and scheduling under the School Director.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong teaching and support team.
• Promote a collaborative workplace and staff engagement.
• Monitor curriculum quality and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Support enrollment growth and effective school operations.
