Children of America, LLC is seeking an Assistant School Director in Wilmington, DE to lead teachers and staff and collaborate with the School Director to implement our early childhood education programs from Infant to School Age.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational excellence, and adherence to state regulations, with a focus on enrollment growth and curriculum quality across all COA programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Associates Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education.
• Must have a DEEDs Administrative Certificate.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Advanced knowledge in early childhood education.
• Flexible in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to build strong relationships.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Effective decision maker.
• Proficient in MS Office 365; Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Must meet state requirements.
