Celebree School of Warrington seeks a School Director for Early Childhood Education to lead our Bucks County campus. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain enrollment targets while delivering a warm, high-quality learning environment.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, coaching teachers, managing resources, and fostering a culture of safety, growth, and excellence.

Competenze

• Must meet Pennsylvania's applicable qualifications for a childcare center director.
• Experience in licensed childcare centers, preschools, or early learning programs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety and quality.
• Motivate staff, build relationships with families, promote a positive workplace culture.
• Commitment to early childhood education and ongoing professional growth.

• Leadership and Staff Development: Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain qualified teachers and administrative staff; provide coaching and professional development; foster a positive, collaborative culture; implement policies and procedures; support operations and staffing needs.
• Enrollment, Family Engagement, and Community Relations: Lead enrollment tours, follow up with families, support growth; build relationships with families; plan open houses and community events; communicate curriculum and philosophy to families.
