Job summary

The Placer County Office of Education is seeking an Associate Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start services in Placer County. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California driver's license.
• Must possess a valid California Child Development Program Director Permit.
• Bachelor's degree in a job-related area is preferred.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in case management, administration or implementation of early childhood education programs funded by state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start services.
• Ensure integrated delivery, quality improvement, and family engagement across grants.
• Promote alignment and coordinated support for providers and children in Placer County.
