Job summary

You will learn to administer developmental screenings, facilitate parent-child learning activities, and coordinate referrals, with services offered in appointments, groups, and occasional home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of administrative staff or professional work in a health care setting required.
• Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours for the required experience.
• If education obtained outside the U.S., credential evaluation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to administer standardized developmental screenings.
• Learn to develop and facilitate parent-child learning activities.
• Learn to provide individualized developmental education and coaching.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services when developmental concerns are identified.
