Academy of the Sacred Heart in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking an Early Childhood Program Teacher's Aide to support infants and toddlers from birth to age 3. This role focuses on nurturing, developmentally appropriate practice, and partnerships with families within a warm classroom community.

You will supervise children, adapt activities to individual needs, and participate in required trainings and background checks to ensure a safe, collaborative school environment.

Formación

• Experience with early childhood education preferred.
• Completion of Protecting God's Children training and CPR/First Aid may be required.
• Fingerprinting on file as part of policy.

• Create an emotionally responsive, caring, positive, and accepting environment supportive of the individual development of each child and family
• Supervise young children and ensure a safe and loving environment, including the ability to monitor and respond to events going on, at all times, in the classroom, outdoor play areas, and other areas of the campus
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests
• Completion of Protecting God's Children training, other health-related trainings (including, but not limited to CPR/First Aid), and fingerprints on file
• Punctuality and dependability
• Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and rules
• Maintain productive and professional relationships with other Sacred Heart faculty and staff members
• Preference is given to applicants who have an educational background and experience in the field

The Academy of the Sacred Heart is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, nurturing team members to join our community. This position works with children from birth to age 3 in our Early Childhood Program. Team members foster a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom supporting each child’s growth, exploration, and love for learning.
