Job summary

DTD in Nolensville is seeking a Program Coordinator experienced in early childhood education who loves what they do and is ready to take on administrative responsibilities. The role works closely with the center management team to empower staff and deliver outstanding experiences for children and families, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Candidates must have at least one year of in-class ECE experience, and a working knowledge of TN DHS rules, STARS preparation, and NGU policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of in-class early childhood education experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ECE credential or college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of TN DHS rules, STARS preparation and NGU policies.

Responsibilities

• Support management team as needed and instructed.
• Perform DHS compliance checks and STARS preparation.
• Assist in training and orientation of new and existing team members.
• Handle data entry and file audits.
• Update social media accounts (blog, Facebook, Instagram).
• Perform cleaning and organizing duties.
• Assist in classrooms and kitchen as needed.
