Responsibilities

• Identify new training opportunities and improve existing programs across the agency.
• Serve as a trainer for staff development initiatives.
• Develop the annual training calendar.
• Assist in Training and Technical Assistance grants and budgets.
• Collaborate with managers to create individualized training plans.
• Onboard newly hired staff, including video training and MI Registry processes.
• Track professional development hours and credential compliance.
