Job summary

The Goddard School located at 1050 Mills Drive North Huntingdon, PA 15642 is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum, lead daily activities, and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment.

Hours are rotating 7:00am–6:00pm with pay rates $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Benefits include medical, vision, dental insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or 2 years of experience with children.
• Willingness to undergo required clearances and training for safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement curriculum.
• Interact with children at their level to support development.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety of children at all times.
• Communicate effectively with school personnel, children, and parents.
• Maintain attendance records and follow state ratio requirements.
