Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1-2 years of prior experience with young children in licensed childcare/preschool.
• State-required pre-service training completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using our Wonder of Learning curriculum to support each child’s growth.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, positive communication with families about progress and daily activities.
• Supervise activities to uphold health and safety standards and licensing requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children’s learning to inform activities.
• Support Assistant and Resource Teachers to foster teamwork.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.
