Responsibilities include:

1. Providing a warm, safe, and caring environment for students to grow, learn, and explore.
2. Supervising, interacting, and relating to children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
3. Implementing developmentally appropriate and challenging educational curriculum.
4. Developing lesson plans based on hands-on learning.
5. Providing pedagogical support to families.
6. Working in a team environment in partnership with teachers, teacher assistants, student teachers, substitutes, and volunteers.

Minimum qualifications:

1. BA in Early Childhood or MS in Education preferred.
2. New York State Certification in Early Childhood.
3. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Fluency in English required; bilingual in Russian preferred.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000.
