A community health organization in Goddard, KS, is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher for its expanding early childhood program. The role supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include planning activities, supervising playtimes, and assisting with daily routines. We are seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our EXPANDING early childhood program in Goddard, KS. Our center is located within the Genesis Health Club facility, offering access to an indoor waterpark, hotel, soccer fields, and baseball fields. Compensation will vary, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications. This position is a great opportunity to be part of a growing early childhood program!

The Assistant Preschool Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include helping plan and implement age-appropriate activities, supervising children during play and learning times, assisting with daily routines such as meals and toileting, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. The Assistant Teacher models positive behavior, encourages social and emotional growth, and ensures all children are treated with care and respect in accordance with center policies and state licensing regulations.
