Job summary

The Goddard School of Collierville in Tennessee is seeking a Lead Teacher for our Toddler and Preschool programs. You will oversee daily classroom activities, plan engaging lessons, and foster a supportive, nurturing environment for young children.

This role emphasizes strong communication with families and collaboration with fellow teachers. We offer a premium educational experience in a safe, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA).
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience.
• Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally.
• Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard.
• Meets background check eligibility and additional state requirements.
