Harmony Griffin is seeking an Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our warm, community-centered centre. You will foster a safe, engaging environment where children explore and grow, guiding a team with heart and purpose.

You will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in ECE, complete National Child Safety Training via Geccko, and partner with families to support each child. Harmony Griffin offers a supportive culture, ongoing professional growth, and competitive benefits.

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion.
• Commitment to child and cultural safety.
• Understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach and desire to make a positive difference.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

• An Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
• Completion of all required National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with current certificates of completion.
• A commitment to child and cultural safety.
• An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
