Job summary

Bright Horizons in Dallas, TX is seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Coach to empower teachers with developmentally appropriate curriculum, strong anti-bias practices, and ongoing professional growth.

You will lead a team, mentor new teachers, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality program implementation at our center, focusing on safety, inclusion, and nurturing futures. This role requires in-person work and adherence to Bright Horizons policies.

Qualifications

• CDA with an educational plan to complete as required
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development preferred
• At least three years of professional teaching experience in quality child care/preschool settings
• Experience in an NAECY-accredited center preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Mentor new teachers and serve as a role model for the teaching team
• Communicate effectively with families and partner with them
• Ensure compliance with background checks and education/experience requirements
