Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• CDA with an educational plan to complete an associate degree required.
• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience in quality child care settings required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement high-quality curriculum aligned with anti-bias education.
• Be a curriculum expert and use quality tools to assess program implementation.
